The town Castro has no real port facilities, so after breakfast, we were brought onshore in small zodiacs, rubber boats.Castro is a sleepy town, where the population refuse to give up, even if the town has been totally ruined by four earthquakes and three total fires over the last four hundred years.With a landscape and climate very much like Norway, it felt like the ship was in lake Mjoesa this morning. We arrived this morning after a full day and night of sailing through fjords which were totally desolated. It was quite strange to see scenery so much like in Norway, but inhabitated. The last place we landed was a small poor fishery village with some 300 people. I was home late last night and stayed in bed until 11 as my plan for today was to see the flee market in the borrough of San Telmo. I decided to go without camera and tourist stuff and hesaded for the Subte (metro).
