The SEI's Capability Maturity Model for Software is to quality software what MacDonalds is to quality food.

There's a management guide for leading people that goes, "Tell, Sell, Negotiate, Delegate." Take the maturity of the people you lead into account and change your approach as they mature. New staff may need directing; experienced staff can respond to an enabling environment, but may find a directing environment very aggravating.

Jamba Juice Employee 10262004 08:56 AM - (Found July 19, 2008 )

$4.15 for a Caribean Passion!! Hopefully that is the price for the power sized smoothie. At the Jamba Juice location I've been working at for over 2 years, the Caribean Passion is only $3.75. You should complain....complain loud till the price is reduced!!! Another yummy smoothie is the Peach Pleasure with no bananas sub. strawberries. It tastes a lot like the Caribean Passion as long as you don't add a boost to it.

<i>Regardless of who wins the election, I feel an obligation to support that person.<i> To come back full circle, to me this is a very flawed view of democracy. Why should you suddenly start supporting someone just because they are the leader How is that a democracy <i> I may disagree with their policies and their viewpoints. I can respectfully do so within the boundaries of good citizenship. I&39;d rather not stoop down to blaming the...

<a href=&34;http:radio.weblogs.com0102095&34;>Peter<a>, my comments had absolutely nothing with whom is voting for whom. I would have said the same about somebody &34;blaming&34; Kerry supporters. I saw from your own post that my logic was flawed. I expressed myself poorly. Regardless of who wins the election, I feel an obligation to support that person. I may disagree with their policies and their viewpoints. I can respectfully do so...

<i>Saddam Hussein was a cruel dictator who ruled his people with an iron fist and a bloddy sword. Why do we choose to overlook that<i> Who&39;s overlooking that What we are questioning is whether the extremists who have taken over the White House have the right to appoint themselves &39;world police&39;. Bush has played directly into the hands of the extremists on the other other side. The world will be dealing with the irresponsibility of...

Read it again Mark. If you vote for Bush and he wins, why not take credit Apparently you think that voting for Bush is a good idea. I guess that you think that invading sovereign countries based on trumped on charges is a good idea. I would 'blame' you for that. You would take credit. Now how is this a flawed view of democracy It's a serious question. Please explain

Saddam Hussein was a cruel dictator who ruled his people with an iron fist and a bloddy sword. Why do we choose to overlook that I know that we have yet to find Weapons of Mass Destruction, but in all reality Hussein was just that to his own people. I have a nephew serving in the Airforce somewhere in the middle east. He is totally for the war, hence I am 1000% behind him our president and our troops!

<i>How can we determine if a candidate is: honest, trustworthy, loyal, consistent, compassionate, encouraging<i> Do you honestly expect to get any of those things from an administration that lied about (for example) what was happening in Iraq so that they could invade the country You think it&39;s important to protect the rights of unborn children. Fine. What about the rights of the over 10,000 civilians who have been killed in Iraq since the US...
