I do get the feeling that it will build up some crud on the rosewood board on my S3 though, but I'm sure my Fret Doctor will solve that. I'm not convinced it's gonna be a product I stick with but it was worth a try. I have such a devil of a problem with turning strings yucky, even with clean hands and wiping down the strings...
