UPDATED: Is WhoCanISue.com a Scam - August 7, 2008

Update: Looks like WhoCanISue.com isnt a scam just a bad idea.&160; See the comments below. The link to the original post quoted doesnt work so I cant verify how the original author connected Jorden Burt to the website: There seems to be quite a bit of accusations by individuals commenting to mine and others posts who have fallen prey to the misinformation by the insurance lobby and Corporate lobby. Ineffective regulation is one of many reasons why I support a robust civil justice system. When the hepatitis outbreak story broke in February, calls poured in from anesthesiologists who wanted me to know that a nurse anesthetist doesn't have the training of an anesthesiologist. An anesthesiologist would NEVER reuse a syringe and the same vial of anesthesia on a patient and spread hepatitis from patient to patient. Never. Never. Never. The doctors are so much better trained than the nurses.
