Texas man sentenced for bilking resorts in Rockies - June 28, 2008

A Texarkana, Texas man accused of fishing hundreds of credit card numbers from the garbage and using them to pay for stays at several Rocky Mountain resorts was sentenced Thursday to 13 years and five months in prison. Jesse G. Tucker, 40, of Texarkana, pleaded guilty in March to wire fraud and aggravated identity theft. District Judge Richard Cebull dismissed three other counts but ordered Tucker to pay $111,683 in restitution. The amount includes $72,049 to clean a room at Rock Creek Resort...
