As far as I know, you can only use the default e-mail application for clients. If you running an ASP.net web server, why not skip the using client email applications, and just submit the form to a server script to send the PDF or FDF. You could create a copy of the combo box that contains all the options using CopyPaste. OK I know some SQL and have friends that could help. I have connected to the database with the adobe form. I 'dragged' the fields I want to poplulate over to the form. Form Trouble from Novice - (Found July 2, 2008 )

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking sending the xml was the best way but I am struggling to find a script to put on our server that will take the xml feed, then mail it to our client so they can then open it in a pdf at their end.
