QIA's Sainsbury stake now 26% - July 5, 2008

The Qatari Investment Authority (QIA) has raised its stake in J Sainsbury to 26%, Reuters has reported. Iran inflation hits 26.4% - July 5, 2008

Iran's annual inflation went up to 26.4% as consumer prices continued to climb steadily, Reuters has reported. Five Gulf markets close week up - July 3, 2008

Five Gulf markets closed the week up, with just Kuwait and the Tadawul declining. The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange rose 2.5% over the week, despite being down 0.31% today. The Doha Securities Market closed the week up 2.4%, but declined today by 0.07%. The Dubai Financial Market rose 1.3% for the week, but fell 0.40% today. Citadel to open office in Dubai - July 3, 2008
