Pat Robertson: God told me of mass killing in 2007 - January 6, 2007

Evangelical broadcaster Pat Robertson said Tuesday that God has told him that a terrorist attack on the United States would cause a “mass killing” late in 2007. “I’m not necessarily saying it’s going to be nuclear,” he said during his news-and-talk television show “The 700 Club” on the Christian Broadcasting Network. “The Lord didn’t say nuclear. Religion does more harm than good - Poll - January 5, 2007

More people in Britain think religion causes harm than believe it does good, according to a GuardianICM poll published today. It shows that an overwhelming majority see religion as a cause of division and tension - greatly outnumbering the smaller majority who also believe that it can be a force for good.(01-05-2007)
