Results are in- April 24, 2008 On the 19th of April Montreal Roller Derby held the Beast of the East 1-day all-out derby tournament in Montreal. Teams were invited from all around Eastern Canada and North-Eastern USA to come and compete in 20 minute long, single period, short bout format. The final bout pitted La Racaille (of the MTLRD) against The Harlots (from Hamilton) and was won by the Harlots with a final score of 55 to 18. Results are in- April 24, 2008 The Terminal City Roller Girls, Vancouver's roller derby league, has divided into three teams: The Faster Pussycats, the Riot Girls and the Bad Reputations. On the 12th of April 2008 the TCRG held their first bout of season 2: Faster Pussycats VS Riot Girls. The Riot Girls claimed victory with a final score of 103 to 56 despite the absence of their star jammer Mz Immoral who suffered an unfortunate knee injury just before the bout. Heal well Mz Immoral!
