Parents charged in Putnam teen crash - June 28, 2008

FORT EDWARD -- The parents of a Putnam teen who was charged with second-degree murder in a car crash that killed two 16-year-old girls have been indicted on charges they allowed the teens to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana at their home the night of the crash. Jimmy Joe St. Andrews, 41, and his wife, Kelly St. Andrews, 39, both of Charter Brook Lane, Putnam each were accused of allowing underage teens to repeatedly drink at their home as far back as 2005. Mrs. St. Andrews faces 17 misdemeanor.
