Quickr (Domino): Corrupt Data Exception - June 20, 2008

If you get the error "Problem: Corrupt Data Exception Solution: Try Again" while adding a new users either to the list of allowed place creators or as Quickr administrators you should check: if you have a group called "LocalDomainServers" in the Domino directory of the Quickr server and if the Quickr server is included in this group and correct this if this is not the case. The way how to create a custom theme in Quickr 8.1 (Domino) has changed somehow from 8.0. Based on a presentation of my collegue Rob Enright (thanks to him!) I created a short guideline how to do this.

Prevent Sametime chat windows from popping up in Notes 8.0.1 - June 5, 2008

Maybe I am the only one who did not find the option how to prevent Sametime chat windows from popping up for every incoming message in Notes 8.0.1 (resp. Sametime 8.0). I think this option was somewhere else in Notes 8.0 (resp. Sametime 7.5.1). Anyway, this is how to do it: Go to "File - Preferences - Sametime - Notifications" Click on "One-on-one chat" Uncheck "Bring chat window to front"
