I stayed up late last night helping the guys transcribe the tape. Steve Ballmer is still the loud, laughing maniac I remember interviewing for Silicon Alley ReporterDigital Coast Reporter back in 99-and he is still sharp as a samurai sword. He goes from screaming in excitement to introspective in 7 seconds.
