I've been dabbling with TDD for a little over 6 months now, but the book was definitely worth reading. As Joe said to me "it's written like a pairing session" which I agree with, and the theme that crops up most strongly to me is that the redgreen cycle is very short for Kent - he explains why and I'm interested to try his style.
