Being from FL, we aren't exactly familiar with "winter" so it was a bit of a shock to wake up the other day to what you see above. Needless to say, we have had "snow days" and been telecommuting for the last two days. Some people have been nutty enough to drive to the office, but they are far and few between. Most of us are iced in. The freeways are in great shape, but we can't get to them! After SEVEN long days driving from Florida to Seattle, we arrived on New Years Eve just in time to have dinner, watch the fireworks and go to bed. We are still in corporate housing waiting on our moving truck to arrive, hopefully this weekend.
