Consiglio Jr., 38, of Worden, and Michael J. Consiglio III, 17, of Granite City were arrested at the plant Friday afternoon by police, who were called to the plant at 3576 Chemetco Lane after a suscipious vehicle was seen.Both were in custody Friday at Madison County jail.
