Ken Zalis and Neal Shaffer ruled last weekend. A few guys got burned with the Broncos- a 1.5 favorite who, rather than tie the game and send it into overtime wherea field goal would've covered the spread, elected to go for the two point conversion thereby winning by a lousy point! Ah, the trials and tribulations of a point spread prognosticator.

Last week, Mark Suchy and Ray Bachman were the only two hosts with an above .500 record. This week the CONSENSUS PICK seems to be GREEN BAY to cover the spread as a road favorite.

I've gotten some emails asking what happened to the "Most Vile, Annoying, Needs to Be Slapped Sports Figure of All Time" Tournament idea.
It hasn't gone away. We're hoping to use the same software used for the King Of Baltimore Sports contest but right now WNST is getting ready to launch a new website so it's been difficult putting things in place.
We have the final "64" and I've even seeded the tournament. The top four seeds are: Barry Bonds, David Beckham, Tiger Woods and Roger Clemens.

Eventually, this will have its own section on the WNST site but here's your chance to see who various WNST hosts like against the spread. Track your favorite host and heed his advice closely or, inmany cases (if you're smart) you'll go the other way. You can look for consensus plays and find out each host's BEST BETas each host will offer five plays a week.
Let us know which NFL teams you think will cover the spread in week 2 and which hosts youbelieve will do the best.
