The Washington Park Shuttle is switching to weekend-only service beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Service Alert: Pioneer Square South Construction August 18-27 - August 14, 2008

Crews will make upgrades to the electrical substation under the MAX Pioneer Square South platform, Monday, August 18 through Wednesday, August 27. Work hours are approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m During this upgrade work period, pedestrians passing through this block are encouraged to use the south side of SW Yamhill Street. The first few days of work may create higher levels of noise.

Steel Bridge closure to bikes, pedestrians Saturday, August 16 - August 14, 2008

In order to recalibrate the lift counter-weights on the Steel Bridge, a high lift of the deck will occur from 6 to 8 a.m on Saturday, August 16. The lift will affect both the upper and lower decks of the bridge, necessitating its complete closure to bicycle and pedestrian traffic during this time.
