Last night we went to the opening of Global Metal here in Vancouver at Tinseltown. Although they maintain the city's worst theatre popcorn, Tinseltown does show some good flicks. Damn them. Because the popcorn and the location both stink.
But enough griping. Global Metal made up for the location.
As a sequel to Sam Dunn and Scott McFadyen's first movie, Metal: a headbanger's journey, Global Metal is another great leap forward for anyone interested in how cultures intermingle, change and are.
