Why I use Maxthon, and keep on using it.- October 4, 2006 It's about time I wrote a little plug for my all-time favourite Internet browser. Maxthon wasn't initially known as Maxthon. It was called MyIE2. Back then (sometime between 2002 and 2004, I can't remember), there were wasn't Firefox. It was Internet Explorer, Opera or Netscape. Opera was the first browser with tabbed-browsing - you know, where you can open multiple webpages in the same program window. Opera was (and still is) fast. And I loved its mouse gestures.
