Will Microsoft, Apple renew their Office vows IDG InfoWorld Very interesting article - I find that Microsoft will not only reiterate their commitment to Mac, they may even come out with products that take better advantage of OS X. Of course they would never have a product first on OS X, or have the OS X version "better" in any way to the PC version, or have the OS X version come out first, this would affect windows sales too much.

Good morning! Its going to be a FUN day today - I am now installing Win2k, SQL 2k and Siebel 7 for a test run at upgrading my company's Siebel system from NT, SQL 7 and Siebel 6. Since cash is king at this time, I dont want to bring in outside consultants (read $$$$$$$) and figured, hey we could give it a try. Just got through reading this at News.com It is very disturbing to me that software companies would pull such a stunt. What if they never told anyone about their "stealth" program It is a new type of virus in a way, I never asked for it to be installed, but I guess if you use services such as Kazaa you have to be VERY VERY Careful....and treat even the Kazaa software installer as a potential virus carrier.

According to this Steve Wozniak will be on TechTV, although I already missed the first showing of it I think, but it will be repeated tonight Should be interesting. I know he is very interested in getting press for his new venture, Wheels of Zeus (play of words) and he is also involved with Danger and their HipTop (sits on their Board). Should be quite interesting.

Yahoo tests paid game service. The company is experimenting with a premium service for online games as Web and game companies look for ways to make money from popular but low-profit ad-supported games. CNET News.com

Went to lunch, ate at Baja Fresh for the first time, had a Fish Taco (pretty good) and Chicken Tacquitos (fair). Now the hard part - trying to stay awake on a full stomach.
