Cholesterol check - June 23, 2008

I was just wondering if any of you have high cholesterol.I had my cholesterol checked on Friday and I don't have the results yet but I am wondering if it will come back high because I eat a lot of cheese. I drink skim milk and don't eat a lot of ice cream. Selfish - June 23, 2008

I'm currently an exchange student in Brazil but about to return home. My mother told me that I need to take my families out to eat as a thank you and this conversation started:Me: I was wanting to do a going away type thing at this vegetarian restuarant with my friends. I could have my families go too but its not very chic if you know what i mean... it's buffet style but really good food. My mom: It would probably be nice to take them to a nice place with meat My mom:and it would.

I know that many of us have been bothered by that question: "Are you getting enough protein" but today I'd like to ask meat eaters if they get enough carbs!I was born and raised (a vegetarian) in India and in my late 20s, I moved to the mid-west US.
