Doubts Can't Stop Plug-In Hybrids: It's a compelling idea -- if you have solar panels on your roof powering your house, why not plug in your car to tap some of that renewable energy. Googleplex Goes Solar: The search company is partnering with EI Solutions to install solar panels on the rooftops of their Moutanin View CA campus. The 1.6 Megawatt array is expected to offset 30% of their peak energy consumption.
