It was a wild coincidence that they both sang "Sukiyaki" (), but Nearly did a so-so version in English and Snape did a bang-up rendition in the original Japanese. Why Nearly didn't just sing his ballad I'll never know. Then, somehow, Jeeves arranges things so that Professor Trelawney, Hagrid, Bertie Wooster, and Tuppy Glossop all sing "Sonny Boy."
